My father in law sent me here and I usually trust him on things like this and once again he was right. Spoke with Erin to get my car service scheduled and she was absolutely delightful. So friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off the next morning and received several updates throughout the day from Brett who was also extremely helpful and patient, especially when I kept waffling on the things I wanted done with the car. The thing the impressed me most was when he called me to tell me that my brake rotors were warped which I had not mentioned to him when I dropped the car off. For a long time my car has been shaking whenever I use my brakes and I’ve had several mechanics look at it as well as the Nissan dealership that I bought the car at and was always told they couldn’t find anything wrong with it or they would say they fixed something and sure enough they hadn’t. After I picked up my car from Northtown Auto Clinic I IMMEDIATELY could tell a difference in the way it drove. They did great work for me and they were very good at keeping me informed and I feel good about what I was charged to have a door handle replaced, a punctured tire replaced, my A/C fixed and my brakes FINALLY figured out. I will 100% be taking my car to them in the future.

Wonderful place! They always communicate and help me decide what my car does and does not need when I bring it in. Friendly and compassionate folks. Thanks to then my car should last me at least another 50,000 miles!

Wonderful service and interaction during this difficult time . Spotted many issues a 170,000 car needs. Informed me by phone of them and together we decided what to do and not do. Service was completed in 1 1/2 days. They respected the recommendations for Covd-19 restrictions. I paid for repairs online, picked up locked car in lot, keys (I have spare) and invoice in car which had been disinfected.

I came here to have them address some electrical problems with my GMC Acadia’s headlights. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining every detail. They even let me use a loaner car while mine was being repaired which was BEYOND amazing!!! I would highly recommend Northtown Auto Clinic to anyone I know. I didn’t have any problems with them fixing my headlights.

Do not go here for vehicle inspections. They will find every reason to not pass you. They said I needed new wiper blades when they were just replaced, which makes me question everything they told me. The vehicle passed elsewhere in January from the previous owner, they failed it in March.

We're sorry to hear you're upset about the status of your Missouri Vehicle Inspection, Lauren. As stated on the yellow inspection sheet we gave you, you will need to repair a number of safety items to pass (attached is a copy https://photos.app.goo.gl/k2owFy25aPPh6vTU7 ) but none of which were regarding the wiper blades. We can't speak for any other inspectors or previous inspections at other stations, but anytime anyone has issues regarding Missouri Vehicle Inspection legal requirements, we would recommend contacting Missouri Highway Patrol at (816) 622-0717 to clarify inspection findings.
