Service for commercial operations is fantastic. I wanted to take in a 2016 Ford Transit in for regular maintenance items plus brake work and a MO inspection. They told me they weren't taking walk-in customers due to COVID-19, but they offered to pick up and drop off the vehicle free of charge. Communication throughout the process was great. Erin emailed me a fair estimate and they stuck by her estimate. They have a really smooth system for getting all the documents to you online, and they took care of all the details. I didn't even have to leave my office.

Today was my first experience with Northtown Auto Clinic, and I was impressed with every aspect of their business. Communication was excellent and the professionalism and cleanliness was outstanding. I will definitely be a return customer!

Great job, easy to work with, exceeded my expectations

I had alot of problems with my truck and had tried different mechanic shops and they all told me something different. I took my truck to the auto clinic and they did several test on my truck and they found everything that was wrong with and it was nothing any of the other places said it was. I will be bring my truck and my other cars to the auto clinic.
