Great service, excellent communication with text, phone calls and email. First class I.T. set up, so easy to book on-line. I cannot speak too highly of this place. My vehicle has never driven as well as it does now. They also are willing to provide loaner vehicles for you while your car is being serviced.

Missouri auto inspection

Oct 10, the replaced a gas tank after someone drilled a hole in it. Again no muss, no fuss. G[d professional service beginning to end. They replaced a defective thermostat they installed four months ago at no charge. No muss, no fuss. Good, professional, friendly and accommodating people. I highly recommend Northtown Auto Clinic.

Northtown installed a thermostat that turned out to be defective and replaced it with a new one four months later and on the same day I called to have it looked at and they gave a very good explanation of the part and situation. I did my research of local shops around because I'm from out of town, I'm a rig welder and on the road more than I'm home. After researching and decided to call this shop and have my breaks done. I loved the text message going over everything about my truckand the digital videos of my pickup going over problem areas. Price was trainable and service was outstanding.
