Came in with no appointment to get all new brakes. I was quoted same day repair but they couldn't get the part in time so they offered a free loaner without hesitation. The car was done first thing the next day. While some might be upset about the delay, I was impressed with how they handled it.

I was a 1st time customer at NAC, and im a firm believer that 1st impressions make a world of difference. I found NAC to be friendly, informative, and overall professional. Finding a new auto mechanic can be daunting experience, so its great to have an establishment identity your primary issue, as well as give you a heads up on other issues you may or may not have been aware of without forcing services on you that could possibly wait for your next visit/appointment.
