I’ve had my car in twice: for a full 65k service, and for an EPC malfunction light. It was the unexpected issues that made me a bit skeptical of their knowledge of the quirks of a foreign luxury car. My concern was completely unfounded, as nobody so much as batted an eye upon hearing the issues. They were well-versed on this type of car, well prepared to run tests, and managed to convey what was happening without dumbing it down for this layman. They provide detailed quotations and discuss issues before proceeding. And they are friendly, and accommodating. Northtown Auto Clinic’s checking all the boxes for me has gained them another loyal customer.
