I was very pleased with the pleasant atmosphere at Northtown Auto Clinic. Everyone was very kind and caring. I was set up in the system and had my appointment scheduled in no time. I was early on the day of my appointment and greeted with a smile and assured it would only take 10 minutes. This is great as opposed to some places that look at you as only a number. I will most definitely be coming here again! Thanks for keeping personal customer service alive!

Needed to have my car inspected. I drive past Northtown Auto Clinic at least once a day. I checked online and saw that they do inspections. I stopped in and was immediatley taken by there attention to personal customer service. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. My appointment was scheduled quick and easy. On the day of my auto inspection I was again met with smiles and the work was done in 10 minutes or, less. I will most definitely return here for any future needs. Absolute rip off. Took my car in to get the door fixed. Told me they don't do those types of repairs after charging me $75 for doing something else. Told me the door was temporarily fixed but it flew open the second I left the lot. Just took care of it my damn self by wiring it shut with a coat hanger. Thanks for nothing, never going back.

I made an appointment with Erin (amazing) over the phone about a week in advance. She worked with my short, short timeframe by looking up my vehicle and ordering parts ahead of time and giving me the very first appointment of the day. From this, she guaranteed completion of service on the appointment day, provided a quote and completed time estimate. She explained complications and how those would be worked out and how those would affect the price. Another mechanic got the job to work better with my timeframe, and when I called to cancel my appointment, Erin was easy to work with and remembered me. Thank you.
