Had both hi density bulbs go out separately after only a few week of being installed. Both were replaced without issue. When they discovered that the wrong bulb on the passenger side had been installed by accident, I received a call on the way home advising me of the error and set a time convenient for me to set it right. I probably wouldn't have noticed until much later while driving at night. Honesty from a company that makes it right is refreshing. I will trust them with my car in the future.

Just move to kc about a month ago and on my way back from chicago my power steering locked up with 3hrs left to drive found out i had electric power steering and a dangerously loose tie rod went there the next day workers were courteous fit me in with no appoint ment cause im new in town with nowhere to turn professionally fixed my car even gave me a ride to work car runs great thank you Erin and crew
