I was very pleased with the pleasant atmosphere at Northtown Auto Clinic. Everyone was very kind and caring. I was set up in the system and had my appointment scheduled in no time. I was early on the day of my appointment and greeted with a smile and assured it would only take 10 minutes. This is great as opposed to some places that look at you as only a number. Needed to have my car inspected. I drive past Northtown Auto Clinic at least once a day. I checked online and saw that they do inspections. I stopped in and was immediatley taken by there attention to personal customer service. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. My appointment was scheduled quick and easy. On the day of my auto inspection I was again met with smiles and the work was done in 10 minutes or, less. I will most definitely return here for any future needs. This was the second time I brought my car here to be fixed. Both times were great. The staff is fantastic! Everyone was nice and efficient. And the service was very fast and very affordable. I will return every time I need help with my car. Thank you.
