Great service

Took my car in for the required MO state inspection. They found a few things and repaired them that morning at a competitive price. I was very impressed with the service and assistance from woman at the front desk, who made me feel welcome and properly tended to. Also very glad about the clean and cozy lobby because I had to wait longer than first anticipated. The oversized couches were a nice touch. Keurig machine was appreciated.

Such friendly service. They are always willing to go the extra mile.

I discovered Northtown Auto Clinic when I needed an inspection for my car. I was impressed by their clean facility, their politeness and genuine concern for my car. They commented on the well serviced condition of my car, which indicated to me their honesty, and that they were not interested in trying to sell me a service I did not need. I knew if I needed any future service that I would take my car to Northtown, as I felt I could trust them to do a great job.

I had excellent service and they made sure the job was completely done and done right before I left the shop. I will now look here when I am needing something else done on my car.

Great service. Very friendly. Only needed an inspection and arrived 15 minutes early. They checked me in and completed the service before my scheduled appointment.

Once again Bret and Erin, (okay, mostly Erin) has proven to me that they are the only ones I should ever let stick their heads under the hood of my cars. Multiple problems and still in and out in one day. Much more thorough than most other shops and definitely cheaper than a dealer.
