This was our first experience with Northtown and I can't say enough good things about the service we received, the comprehensive review of the of scheduled and upcoming maintenance, and the people. Definitely our new go-to shop!

This shop is awesome! I had gotten a diagnosis at a dealership nd was told it was a timing chain issue. I brought it over to Northtown Auto Clinic and they did a second diagnosis and came back with different results. I trusted them and went ahead with getting the service done that they had informed me of. I had my car back within a couple hrs., and have been driving it for two days now and not having any issues like before. They are very professional and care about their customers.

I came in to get my alternator repaired. Was in and out the same day ! Super friendly receptionist. I am satisfied with my service. Also a bonus was that they do a vehicle inspection with every visit. Gave me a list of things I didn’t know I even needed. 100% coming again
