I discovered Northtown Auto Clinic when I needed an inspection for my car. I was impressed by their clean facility, their politeness and genuine concern for my car. They commented on the well serviced condition of my car, which indicated to me their honesty, and that they were not interested in trying to sell me a service I did not need. I knew if I needed any future service that I would take my car to Northtown, as I felt I could trust them to do a great job.

I had excellent service and they made sure the job was completely done and done right before I left the shop. I will now look here when I am needing something else done on my car.

Great service. Very friendly. Only needed an inspection and arrived 15 minutes early. They checked me in and completed the service before my scheduled appointment.

Once again Bret and Erin, (okay, mostly Erin) has proven to me that they are the only ones I should ever let stick their heads under the hood of my cars. Multiple problems and still in and out in one day. Much more thorough than most other shops and definitely cheaper than a dealer.

Recent service was prompt, excellent work done in a friendly and professional manner. I have trusted Northtown Auto on repairs and maintenance issues since 2006. I’m thankful for them to be in business and here for critical repairs, as most recently. Safety and service I can count on.
