This is my first experience taking my vehicle to Northtown Auto Clinic and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with an auto repair shop. Erin kept me up to date with the issues going on with my vehicle. She was super professional and extremely polite and for me excellent customer service goes a very long way. The mechanics were very good and tracking down the issue with my vehicle. They will definitely become my go to for any auto repairs I may have to have done in the future and I will refer anyone to them for auto repairs done right at a very fair price.

Work done in satisfactory time period even though schedule was jammed!

My husband missed about 2 weeks worth of work because they kept messing up his vehicle, and now we are finding missing bolts, and his air filter was just laying on top of his engine and now he is sick. They either purposefully did this to keep his business or are that incompetent. A joke of a company, their prices are ridiculous and we will never go there again.

Great customer service. They also saved my tire that had a nail in it. The tire was still new but another company told me it couldn't be repaired it had to be replaced which would be 400$. Northtown repaired it for 50. My new home for tires!

Erin and her team are easy to work with and they do exceptional work. The communication is top notch and when scheduling services we are able to get our vehicles in quickly. Our fleet work is completed in an efficient manner that allows us to get our vans moving back on the road.
