I had an urgent issue that I needed to have someone look at. I had never been to the shop or knew anything about them but when I called I was told that appointments were being scheduled for the following week but I could swing by so that they could take a quick look. Determined my car needed work that without it would be unsafe to continue driving. I stated that I was planning to go out of town over the weekend but obviously would do what I needed so the work could be done. They were able to squeeze me in around other appointments and my car is driving like new! They were knowledgeable and understanding and more than reasonably priced. I have already recommended them to a friend. I will use them for all my car needs in the future.

I have been a customer for years and northtown Auto clinic has always been a trustworthy, group of experts who are both capable of doing the right thing, and have the expertise to know what to do. I especially appreciate their tenacity and willingness to tackle difficult and complex repairs, and the way that they can explain the situation for people with little Auto understanding. It is good to have a dependable repair shop that can be trusted when they tell you something needs to be fixed right away, because they will tell you when something is ok to be put off for a pay period or two.
