Erin and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and replace my battery the same day I called, and even took some time to dust my dashboard, clean my back-up camera, and repair my bent license plate. Would definitely recommend!

Luckily, I’ve now been with Northtown Auto Clinic for a few years, once my Audi warranty expired. I trust this company, and really appreciate the exceptional auto care and personal service I have received - far more than I ever trusted the dealership to not grossly overcharge for virtually everything, waste precious time, on and on. An $80 fee to replace a broken visor clip? What a joke - I bought the $7 part and did it myself. Northtown’s customer service is clearly paramount in our transactions, and in so many ways - big and small - they have always done the right thing. I won’t trust anyone else to check under my hood. Thank you Erin, and Matthew, for graciously finessing your picky clients!

Outstanding attention to detail. Very thorough inspection on a vehicle I was considering for purchase. Very knowledgeable and conscientious in going through the details with me. Highly recommended.

It is ALWAYS a good idea to have someone inspect a used vehicle before purchase; obviously to make sure you aren't buying a lemon but also to get a good sense for what repairs or maintenance are going to be needed in the future and utilize that for your purchasing negotiation!

I was able to drop my car off, leave my keys in the drop box and go to work. I picked it up after work and it was ready to go. Great customer service

I had an amazing experience with NTA! The staff was friendly and informative. They even wished my car a Happy Birthday! (Sometimes it is the small stuff). While I waited for my inspection they treated each client with undivided attention. I also noticed there was an overall atmosphere of teamwork and positive workplace interaction. Thanks, NTA!

Glad we could make your inspection experience easy! Its always fun to point out little things about people's cars they may not know - for example, did you know your car was actually assembled in Japan rather than here in the states? Our cars are one of the most complicated pieces of technology we use on the daily and a lot of the time we know so little about them!
