I called to make an appointment, was told to bring my car the next morning. I dropped it off at 7:30-ish, was told that they would call and let me know if I needed anything other than a wheel alignment. I call at 11:00, was told my car hadn’t been looked at yet, I let them know that I needed it by 3, was advised that I had an afternoon appointment but they could have it done by 3. I called back at 2:40 because I still hadn’t heard anything, and was then told that my car still hadn’t been touched. A guy called me back a few minutes later to tell me that it was his mistake and my car was being worked on but it won’t be ready by 3, so they can just pull it off the machine if I want. So my car sat there from 7:30 until 3 and I don’t believe it had even been touched. A complete waste of time! No communication on their part at all and terrible customer service!!!
We're very sorry you had a poor experience, Shawnette - when you dropped off in the morning, we failed to ask for a clear time deadline for your car; when you called back at 11, the technician was notified of your deadline, but unfortunately he mis-heard it as 3:30pm, rather than 3. When you called at 2:40, the technician was actually about 15 minutes into the alignment process with expected completion time of about 3:15pm. This was totally a failure of procedure and internal communication on our part and for that, we apologize. We've since reviewed our processes to prevent this from happening again in the future and hope, if you give us the chance, we can do better for you next time. -Erin
