I highly recommend Northtown. They provided great service. I was very impressed with their communication/web platform to review service recommendations including detailed notes and pictures. The service tech made great recommendations and wasnt pushy on services I opted to decline.

I was traveling from out of state and needed repairs in a hurry. Northtown not only got my vehicle in for diagnostics right away, but made sure all of the repairs were completed according to our established timeline. Communication was great, and the digital ticket system that includes photos of the problems for reference is fantastic. If I'm ever in the area again needing repair work, Northtown will be my first choice.
