Had a terrible tire blow out, while leaving work. I had fantastic service with Northtown Auto- Service exceptional and fast. Was able to get back on the road in great time- just in time for Christmas—- Thanks so much for your wonderful staff and service!

My car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to their shop . After they had some trouble with the ignition interlock I returned and dealt with that issue and they immediately knew I had a dead battery and were able to promptly replace it and everything was fixed . I was very happy .

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accommodating they were which was greatly appreciated . They were open and upfront about their ability to help me and what charges were included . The folks there at Northtown are very knowledgeable. They are very good at notifying you of the process and what decisions need to be made. They do not usurp their authority but ask how you want to proceed with your repair.
