Overall, great experience. Source of check engine light identified. And a couple of other things that need work were identified as well. We were able to prioritize the work needed with the help of the staff. We had the shop fix a couple things this month and will schedule the rest next month. There was no pressure to do it all right then. We will definitely go back!

Took vehicle in and was told needed new engine after they heard I had a warranty. Warranty people came out to investigate. Northtown Auto clinic refused to check spark plugs. Warranty claim was denied. Bought diagnostic scanner and turns out it was just one spark plug causing a misfire. They denied the investigator asked about this. Investigator told us they refused to check spark plugs. So who's lying?

Took my 2007 Toyota FJ in when the dashboard lit up like a Xmas tree. Engine was found to have the head gasket kiss of death among other things. We had several hiccups and the costs just kept rising for repair. The owner of the shop (Jason) and Erin (not sure of actual job title) were great. Provided a loaner car, and kept working on the items that needed attention as they came up. I am the third owner of this FJ and this repair cost me way more than I anticipated. That being said everything was explained clearly and concisely and in the end everything was fixed. Will use again.
