Luckily, I’ve now been with Northtown Auto Clinic for a few years, once my Audi warranty expired. I trust this company, and really appreciate the exceptional auto care and personal service I have received - far more than I ever trusted the dealership to not grossly overcharge for virtually everything, waste precious time, on and on. An $80 fee to replace a broken visor clip? What a joke - I bought the $7 part and did it myself. Northtown’s customer service is clearly paramount in our transactions, and in so many ways - big and small - they have always done the right thing. I won’t trust anyone else to check under my hood.
