I have been taking my vehicle here for years. They are super friendly and helpful. They even helped me use my extended car warranty, which turned out to be a Herculean effort. So much better than Firestone or other shops. Highly recommend!!!

Always happy to help you with the Tacoma, Tanya! Dealing with aftermarket warranties is a lot like scaling a mountain; long and tiring along the way but oh so satisfying when you make it to the top and get that coverage.

My car didn't pass inspection because of a frayed seatbelt. There were like maybe 2 threads loose. Honestly. Even the counter guy was shocked.

Hi Denise - We agree that is super frustrating! Missouri State is unfortunately a little unclear when it comes to what degree of fraying fails an inspection and the technician exercised caution when he was unsure. Missouri Highway Patrol mandates the state inspection requirements, so we are going to review with them so we can do better in the future. Thank you!
