Just moved to area and needed a quick oil change, they were able to fit me in.. great customer service wish I could give it more stars..

They understood what I needed, quickly provided it, and I was on my way out.

We brought the car in to fix the tie rod that we were told by another inspection shop was bad and discovered it was not. They went over the car for any other issues and there were none.

Second attempt to post: Brought car in to repair an inspection tie rod failure by another shop. It was not a problem. So they checked the car all over incase something else was needed. Everything was okay. They will continue to be my go to shop for my 2001 Volvo as in the past.

It was my first time there. The establishment was clean, the individuals were very nice, helpful, no hidden fees, no B's they did everything I asked. Everyone I dealt with were very professional, the best thing was they didn't add or suggest any extras that didn't need to be done, that's gonna be my new establishment for my vehicle, I'm very impressed

My experience with Northtown Auto Clinic was top notch, from beginning to end. They were able to get me in the same day for a comprehensive inspection, and the turn around time was very reasonable. I worked with Jason, and he was so helpful in answering any questions I had, and in helping me assess which inspection to choose, without trying to upsell me on services. The inspection itself was very thorough, and I was provided videos and photos of their findings, along with an itemized report of the work.
