Extremely helpful and quick to respond. Jason even went out of his way to call VW for me to see if my car’s problem would be covered under warranty!

Loved them, great work!

Called about replacing 1983 2.0 Ranger throwout bearing. "Sure, can do"...and did. All went very well, and the job was done in a few hours. Great people, great service. My 40 year old truck has found a place for servicing when needed. Thank you!

Erin and her team did a great job again!

I came without an appointment and they were able to fit me in quickly so that I could get my car registered that same day!

Thanks Macyn! Good luck at the DMV - hope it goes smoothly!

The nicest auto clinic I think I’ve ever been in lol I went in for an inspection with my newborn. I would give them six stars if I could; lovely lobby, welcoming atmosphere, and even a changing table in the restroom. I’d recommend them to anyone

Thanks Joanne! Our cars are like our second homes so we try to make your wait as comfortable as possible while you're without it!

BE ALERT. my car was there for 2 months. after they called me several times and charged me different fees for different diagnostic tests. they finally called me after 2 months and told me that they cannot fix the car, and now the car does not even start. so, I had to tow my car from their lot otherwise, they said they would charge me $50/day for storage fee. I had to tow my car that I drove it there, and paid for the towing service, and paid a ton of money for diagnostic fees, and the car now does not even start. YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NORTHTOWN AUTO CLINIC.

As we discussed Koorosh, your vehicle was here for 2 months due to the intermittant nature of the starting issue. We offered for you to come get the vehicle multiple times over that first month due to lack of symptoms, of which you declined. After a month of multiple daily attempts to get your vehicle to act up (at no additional storage or testing costs), the starting issue became more consistent. We were then able to perform the authorized testing off and on over the course of a month when we were able to get the vehicle to act up, confirmed the issue, and recommended the repair. Unfortunately, the repair involves a part that has been backordered so indefinately by the manufacturer that it has likely been discontinued. We explored alternative repair options that were not viable for your vehicle. Since the vehicle cannot be repaired for an indefinate amount of time (or completely unrepairable), we recommended pickup of the vehicle. We warned it was, by then, not starting 60% of the time. You refused pickup of the vehicle unless it was fixed, which we together established was not possible at this time. This continued for several weeks. By the time we established you would need to pay storage if the vehicle was not being actively tested or repaired, the vehicle was almost 100% symptomatic.

These guys didn't even diagnose what what's wrong with my car.. they tried to get me for a battery and put in a new starter and still didn't fix the problem.. if I allowed them to do what they would have requested I would be out for a battery, starter and alternator.. after taking it to a different shop they located the problem.. it was just a fuse that was preventing the car from running and he doubted the starter was even bad to begin with... for the price I paid you'd think it would be a new starter instead of the refurbished one they put in. I would not recommend these people at all.

When we tested the starter in-car, it had power and ground, and would also click; additional bench testing once the original part was out confirmed the starter was bad. Commonly, trying to jump a vehicle with high amperage and low voltage (like you did after the starter was repaired) will cause fuses to pop, as they are designed to do. Unfortunately, since you declined replacing the battery with a dead cell with the starter like we advised, we were unable to perform our normal post-repair test drive and quality control.
