I came to have new tires put on and was very pleased with the result. Thank you for resetting the alarm on my dash (!). I knew it was an error message but it is was a distraction. I mentioned it once on the phone to Jason and they remembered to turn it off.

The team at Northtown are the best. We had a flat coming from the Royals game and Northtown bent over backwards to help. And this was the first and only time that I have used them, as I live about 30 minutes north. But I will be using and recommending them going forward. Great, helpful people on the phones and behind the desk. Thorough pictures and documentation on your vehicle. Fair pricing.

We had an issue with a squealing I called up talked to Erin. She made room to get us right in and took care of the problem for us

Such a great experience if you can have one when your car decides to go blooey! In less than 10 minutes Erin loaned me a car & I was on my busy way. Fixing my car was also pleasant as they kept me informed. They are my new go-to Peeps. 😎

Staff very well knowledge about my issues. Gave 2 scenarios about what could happen before I let them work in my vehicle. Staff did a wonderful job and also did nice than what I expected! I will definitely use them again!-Jennifer
