If your looking to save money by utilizing an aftermarket repair shop go elsewhere, prices quoted to me were based on OEM price guidelines. If I wanted mercedes benz prices, that's where I would go, at least there I would have OEM trained technicians, service staff and warranty to back up those kind of prices. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. 0 STARS ON THIS PLACE!!!!

THANKS FOR SAVING ME OVER 1200.00 NORTHTOWN AUTO!!!!

Awesome experience. Figured out what was wrong with my work vehicle after two other mechanics where left stumped. Will only take my work truck to North Town Auto from here on out.

As soon as I walked into the establishment, I was met with a smile. The receptionist quickly assessed my needs and got me in and out. The waiting area is comfy and clean. I would definitely return for future needs.
