Everyone was helpful, explained the problem thoroughly and kept me posted on the progress of my repair, which was pretty extensive. Will definitely return for future needs, however great or small.

Northtown Auto Clinic just rocks. Not only do they have laser like guided bomb accuracy in diagnosing what is wrong and correcting the issue, they even took me home where I could comfortably wait and picked me up when my no longer ailing vehicle was ready!

Jeff and Brett took good care of my car. Brought it in for a starting issue, told them I thought it was the starter. Jeff did a thorough diagnosis and found neg battery cable bad. Gave me options on other concerns. I will go back again! Mike

Northtown Auto Clinic has been servicing my 2000 Focus for close to a decade. They do their best to insure my car is good, safe, economical transportation. They take the time to look for problems before they become critical or safety issues. I won't claim that Northtown is the "cheapest" place to get service, but I doubt you'll find better value for your dollar. Art Gough

About a year ago, Northtown installed a water pump on my Honda van since it had about 120,000 miles on it and we were worried it would fail. This week during a routine oil change, they noted the water pump was leaking. They notified me, determined it was still under warranty, and got it replaced, all at no cost to me as well as providing me a loaner vehicle. Thanks Northtown.

I would recommend them very high on servicing your car in a timely manner. Prices are the best and fixed the car and didn't have to bring it back. The problem was solved.
