I had very good service

I have been taking our family vehicle to NAC for several years now and am always pleased with the high quality of service...both on the vehicle and customer service. The staff are always courteous and respectful. (I have actually been to places that treated me like dirt because I am a female customer...who isn't supposed to know anything about cars!) the shop and lounge are always neat and orderly, and when needed, either a ride back to my home or a courtesy car has been available. They have rec'd some of the highest ratings & awards for service in the industry.

I have had my cars serviced at Northtown Auto Clinic for at least 28 years. The quality of work, the honesty and service are unmatched. Especially as a single woman, to know that the staff listen to my concerns and explain my options respectfully is invaluable and reassuring.

As honest as the day is long. I have known the owner Ed for over 10 years and he's as honest a mechanic as you could ever hope to find. They are very technically competent, and if you want it fixed right the first time...this is the place to go. Highly recommended for all automotive service and repairs.
