I work in my car all day, and cannot be without it very long. Whenever I need service, Bret and Ed are very accommodating to get the job done within my time frame, and to get me back on the road. They give me a ride to the office while the work is being done. Since I know little about cars, I feel comfortable trusting the care of my car to them, and they keep it in excellent condition!

As a woman mostly on my own, it's very comforting to be able to entrust the maintenance and repair of my car to such fine, professional service. Thank you!

After getting the runaround from several repair shops, I've found Northtown. They eliminated the noises that I were coming from my car, and even charged me less than their estimate, when they found that I didn't need a part. I would recommend Northtown to everyone who wants someone to fix their car without charging an arm and a leg.

These guys are awesome. Bret took great care of me and kept me informed the whole time my car was with them. He was completely up-front about the costs and didn't try to sucker me into things I didn't want or need. He even stopped me as I was about to dial Enterprise for a rental and gave me a loaner for no charge--all he asked was that I replace the gasoline I used.
