Very accurate estimate and final price. As always, professional service and knowledge. Thoughtful in providing a loaner car as we had a huge amount of work done on the vehicle. Although expensive, well worth the safety and confidence knowing it was right, the first time.

I have had my car serviced here twice and each time was welcomed by very friendly staff and excellent service. My appointments were all scheduled within a day of calling and the turnaround was less than a day - all done while I was at work. I was provided with a ride to work when I dropped my car off there (granted it was around a mile away) but it was greatly appreciated. Also when I took my car in to have the AC checked, they noticed part of my bumper was falling off and they fixed it for free! That is the type of service you get from a local business!

Above and beyond

The experience was positive. When I arrived for my appointment they immediately took my car in for the service and the time repair was as anticipated. The first part I purchased independently and brought to the shop was defective the shop personnel was kind enough to call the distributor and advise them that a new part needed to be ordered and that I would pick it up when it came in. I really appreciated that intervention.
