Since I no longer work downtown I must drive 35-40 miles to Northtown Auto Clinic for my Volvo service. But the reward is always a good service experience coupled with the 12,000 mile / 12 month AAA warrantee.

The people are friendly, honest, informative, and the work is done right. They are well-trained, with the equipment and diagnostic databases to handle most any problem on a broad range of vehicles. These are not the kind of guys who will try to cobble things together with baler twine and send you out the door. They won't use low-grade parts. They are genuinely concerned with your safety and the longevity of your car. While they will let you know what might be coming up in the way of repairs, they won't try to hustle you into repairs you don't need. Like I said, they are honest and will treat you with respect. I have been a customer for years.

Just an inspection today, but quick and efficient. Always a pleasure to do business with this facility. The staff is always cordial, and knowledgeable.

I am always very satisfied with the work done at Northtown Auto Clinic. When there is a lot of expensive work that needs to be done to my car, they help sort out the priorities of what needs to be fixed immediately and the things that will require replacement in the future. I never feel they are trying to pressure me into fixing more than what needs to be done.
