You were paid way to much money to fix my car that ended up being worse after you had it. You were paid to fix any and all problems. You said I could drive it halfway across the country, only for it to break down 2 weeks later. You caused an oil leak that is causing even more damage. You put in a bolt too big and punctured my radiator. You were paid thousands to fix problems and only caused more. So here I am paying thousands more to fix the problems you caused. I highly recommend any other shop besides this one. I would sue if I could afford it but I have to spend my money fixing your mistakes.

The team was super professional and polite. Northtown added the workload of my vehicle into their schedule super fast, I didn’t even need to wait 24hrs for my work to be done. Also having a loaner vehicle for me to use was a major plus, I didn’t need an Uber nor a rental car to keep me going with my busy schedule. The office staff was great, Marcos is awesome, and I would definitely return for any other auto repair needs!
