I love the fact that they offer a loaner car. For now, it was the reason I had my work done here.It would be premature to recommend the clinic, because it's too early to know if there will be a recurrence with the transmission.I 'will' tell you that the sales tech (Brett) was very informative about the issue my car was having, and that he spent 45 minutes with me on the phone trying to tell me that my car was worth the 670.00 that it would cost to fix the problem. And that when I spoke to him at 3:45 PM on Thursday he said that he 'guaranteed' the work done fixed the problem with the transmission.I'm not a car tech, so I don't know if my car needed a new transmission solenoid and gasket to the tune of 670.00 or not.I do know that the check engine soon light is off. And when I put the car in reverse, it still shudders like crazy...........But according to them (north kansas city auto clinic) that's just a rubber mount issue. The car seems to run as it did before, (great) just no check engine light issue.Brett, the sales tech, did say I needed to establish myself with their clinic and stop jumping from car clinic to car clinic.Personally, to someone who makes 13.95 an hour (me) they (nkc auto clinic) are crazy expensive at almost 100.00 an hour. But I've promised to give them a chance........and trust doesn't come easy for me.For now I would rate them a 6, because of the loaner car.Hopefully things will change and they'll become a ten on my most 'fave'Mona
