I bought a used car with a 3rd party warranty, and took it to Northtown to have a tire fixed. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well lit; complimentary sodas, water, and hot drinks. The staff was very polite, professional, and courteous. The work was done on time. I had to drop the tire off right before they closed and pick it up again right before closing, due to my work schedule. They were very accommodating about staying a bit late to help me and no one mentioned that it was after hours when they were done.
