Getting new tires put on my car was almost painless. Okay, the cost of quality tires can be a jolt to the budget, but the experience at Northtown Auto Clinic is always smooth and efficient. I know they have my safety in mind and though that is their first priority, they look after my budget too. They saved me $200 on the tires they recommended saying the Michelin tires I asked for would not have given me $200 extra value over the Uniroyals I ultimately purchased. The tires perform beautifully and give me good traction in wintry conditions. These guys are the greatest. I especially recommend this facility to women who have had bad treatment at other repair shops. The staff is always courteous and respectful.

They got me right in and also fixed something else on top of what I needed without having me come back. Yes, shops have actually done that before. Very professional and he let me ask a billion questions.My only complaint is that the labor and markup on parts is a little on the high side. I know they include the warranty on them and that's probably why. I would prefer to pay a little extra if it means they will stand behind their work. The oil change was awesome. They check tire levels and top off fluids. Makes me feel better since I don't check those things as often as I should.I did like the "bucks" they give you which makes me want to come back because they are trying to create a loyal customer base.

I've been taking my 2002 Kia Rio to Northtown Auto for years. It's almost 11 years old and is about to break 200m miles. It still runs like a champ thanks to Northtown Auto! I would recommend this shop to anyone I know, and anyone I don't know yet.
