North Kansas City Auto Repair

I was very impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment. Also, never before (even at the dealership!) had I been to an auto repair place that explained so thoroughly the work that needed to be done and the work I might consider getting done in the future on my car. They even explained the "symptoms" I might have noticed of these different things that could use fixing. At the same time, they never made me feel pressured to have more done than what I had brought my car in for. I was SO impressed by my whole experience and they stayed in contact with me multiple times throughout the day to give me updates and have everything OK'd before proceeding with a task. 5 stars for sure.

They are very professional and keep you well informed through out the process.

At last! An auto repair shop that I will refer others to and use myself any time I have an issue with my car. This company went WAY over the top in making the repairs, not going over the estimate and returning my car not only in better shape than it went in but took the time to make sure all the details were taken care of but cleaner than it went in! Thank you Northtown Auto Clinic! Great job, great service and great people!

Northtown always is very thorough and professional through and through, and I trust their work implicitly. I am a customer for life, though I hope not to see them too often! :)

Northtown Auto has friendly service and quick turn around on repairs.....and they do work on Saab's which is hard to come by.

Just an oil change this time, but I know this facility from many year's experience and they are always reliable. The building is recently painted and looks great and offers a comfortable place to wait--soft sofas, beverages, efficient, friendly, staff.
