Did a very good job of customer service - good communications - answered the phone promptly, able to get answers when a specific individual was unavailable, pleasant to speak with during process, called when work was completed and made arrangements for pick up.

My car is a 1998 and Northtown Auto Clinic keeps it running like a new car. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very comfortable waiting area with coffee, water and soft drinks provided. Thorough and friendly service.

I was very impressed with how quickly I could get an appointment. Also, never before (even at the dealership!) had I been to an auto repair place that explained so thoroughly the work that needed to be done and the work I might consider getting done in the future on my car. They even explained the "symptoms" I might have noticed of these different things that could use fixing. At the same time, they never made me feel pressured to have more done than what I had brought my car in for. I was SO impressed by my whole experience and they stayed in contact with me multiple times throughout the day to give me updates and have everything OK'd before proceeding with a task. 5 stars for sure.

They are very professional and keep you well informed through out the process.

At last! An auto repair shop that I will refer others to and use myself any time I have an issue with my car. This company went WAY over the top in making the repairs, not going over the estimate and returning my car not only in better shape than it went in but took the time to make sure all the details were taken care of but cleaner than it went in!
