Great customer service, told me everything that needed to be done with my car and weren't pushy about doing things that didn't need to be done immediately. They took care of my car issues in a timely manner and were able to work around my night work schedule. Highly recommend!!!

I've rarely experienced an auto shop with this amount of professionalism and heart. We were traveling through on a cross country vacation when our alternator went out. We did know what to do and we were on a schedule. Not only did they fix the car, they went above and beyond to get the part and do the repair quickly so that we could be back on the road. They were hospitable, communicative and they even called us a few days later to check in on us and make sure the car had continued running well. I've never experienced such amazing service!

They took care of my vehicle while I was at work all day, and it was ready when I got off work. They did not even attempt to price gouge me either, which was a great first impression. I'll definitely return to this location for service.

I took my car to Northtown Auto Clinic for routine maintenance. Prior to this, we had taken my car to Honda of Tiffany Springs. We had been pleased with Honda, but wanted to establish a relationship with a reputable shop that was not so make-specific. We also wanted to establish a relationship prior to needing major work, for which we anticipate the price differential would be greater. I discovered Northtown Auto Clinic through AAA's website. They are one of the few AAA approved repair shops in the area and by far the closest to our house. When I first walked in, I overhead a conversation with another client who brings their car in whenever they are in the area. I immediately felt at ease, but I wish I would've been able to be seen the same day rather than having to make an appointment for the following day. When I took the car in, I asked to have all Honda-recommended maintenance done, because I have an extended warranty that I don't want to void. I was impressed when initially I was told that they could do some of the work, but preferred to get it in the shop first to see if it was really needed. Because of the warranty, I asked them to do it regardless. They were done within the estimated time and the costs came in almost to the penny of their estimates. The next day, I noticed a reddish oil leak in my garage. Fortunately, Northtown Auto Clinic called to check-up on the service and see how the car was running since. I explained the problem and they quickly arranged for me to bring it back in. They discovered the problem and had it corrected and tested within 30 minutes. They also asked me to bring it back in a week to make sure the problem had been fixed. I was really impressed that they not only went to lengths to correct the problem, but also to verify that it was fixed. So far, Northtown has earned my trust and we'll be back in the future!
