The battery in my car died the other morning. I called and spoke to Brett, who looked up the last time I bought a battery from them, which was 8 years ago! That is a testament to how good of battery they sold me. After the tow truck driver started my car, I was able to bring my car in. Even though it was at lunch time, Brett made sure I was taken care of immediately. In less than 20 minutes, a new battery was installed and I was out the door. For these reasons, I highly recommend taking your car in for repair and maintenance.

I thought the service was great

The Staff was friendly and helpful. Erin was extremely knowledgable and just a pleasure to work with. I have a Volvo XC90 and the things that really won me over to Northtown Auto Clinic was the fact that the owner himself drives Volvos and knows Volvos. Secondly, they noticed that I hadn't put my insurance stickers on my tags, I left them in my glove compartment. They told me about it and then put them on for me. I completely forgot to put them on and could have gotten a ticket. They saved me. Thank you, NTAC. I will be doing business with you guys in the future and would recommend everybody else to do the same.
