WOW! What did you do to my truck? It is running better than it has in the past 4 years. Even though it is a 94 model Ranger with 215K miles it starts great and runs well. I think I will shelve the plans to replace it for a few more years. Thanks for helping to keep an old truck running like new.

They explain what needs be done, and their estimates are generally very accurate. He always stand behind his shop's work. Consistent, quality service, in anything is rare in these days of "always lowest cost" commerce, but Northtown delivers.

Northtown auto clinic is equivalent to or better than dealer service without all of the hassle. They keep very good records of your vehicle service. Don't think that because another repair shop writes your estimate by hand on a sticky note that it is cheaper.

Every aspect of what they do is perfect. From what they do to the car for the current issue to helping me avoid surprise issues that would bring my life to a hault. All the mechanics of estimates and dealing with my wheelchair are surprisingly accurate and easy because of the way the shop operates. I have to drive a little farther, but any difference is many times over worth it... Every time.
