At last! An auto repair shop that I will refer others to and use myself any time I have an issue with my car. This company went WAY over the top in making the repairs, not going over the estimate and returning my car not only in better shape than it went in but took the time to make sure all the details were taken care of but cleaner than it went in! Northtown always is very thorough and professional through and through, and I trust their work implicitly. I am a customer for life, though I hope not to see them too often! :)

Northtown Auto has friendly service and quick turn around on repairs.....and they do work on Saab's which is hard to come by.

Just an oil change this time, but I know this facility from many year's experience and they are always reliable. The building is recently painted and looks great and offers a comfortable place to wait--soft sofas, beverages, efficient, friendly, staff.

You were extremely honest and direct. I respect that above all things. My car was shot to hades to back and instead of patching and taking my money you explained the issues and was very frank about the condition of the car. Bottom line, I was informed of what was wrong with my car and also that it was not worth the investment. So with that knowledge I am now car hunting. But know that you will be the auto shop I use for inspection of any vehicle selections and also for the new car that I purchase. Thank you so much!
