This is a well oiled machine designed to RIP you off of your HARD EARNED MONEY if you are not at your best wits. Talk about selling ICE to the Eskimo! Northtown Auto Clinic will appear logical in the technical reasoning to sell your more exorbitant services than services for which you came in. You may leave the shop with the problem you came there still not fixed. They forget that you can fool some people sometime but you can not fool everyone all of the time. If you appear remotely technical and on to their Snake Oil sales tactic, Brett will get upset and insult your intelligence and will use every other narrative other than calling you a fool or an idiot directly. He likens himself to a Medical Doctor and his opinion and diagnosis is the ONLY Golden diagnosis. He tell you: "call my buddies at AAA. They will tell you I am right." He would suggest he is doing everything to save you money forgetting the fundamental reason anyone goes into and remain in business is making a profit. He only forgets that only business integrity can sustain you in business. Northland Auto Clinic thinks because they offer people rides to and or from their business qualifies them as a success story. Being able to woo non-suspecting, non-technical customers does not prove your integrity. Remember, because you may have been getting away with it for a long time, does not mean you are right. Everyday is for a THIEF, it only takes one day for the owner. Your clever way of RIPPING people off will soon become apparent and more people you have conned will write about you all over Social Media. I will be a fool to return to Northland Auto Clinic. What? I will not recommend even my worst enemy to go there for auto care.
