When they diagnosed my car, I thought it would take a few weeks for it to get fixed. But instead it was fixed a day after! Very very pleased with the service I received both on the car and communication. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

They were prompt with the repairs, fair with the price, and they even gave me a ride back to my place (I live close by) after I dropped my car off. Staff seemed to be very well informed and polite.

A big thank you goes to Erin for giving me a ride to/from. She is professional, friendly and helpful. A lot of work needed to done on the car and I appreciate being able to discuss options and what could be done now and later. Also, she was prompt to inform me that one of the mechanics accidentally broke a part on the car. She reassured me that it would be fixed as soon as the part arrives free of charge. If not for this incident, I would have rated you 5 stars.

Northtown does a great a job staying competitive in their pricing. Sometimes they make too many repair recommendations without explaining what's really important and not so important.
