Outside of the 4 separate "Should be done by this time", the service was great and all those I communicated with provided a great customer experience. I was originally told it would be done by end of day, then early in the morning, then early afternoon, and then finally 4:30 pm and I had to be the one to call to get updates that it was taking longer. Other than that, the service was great and I felt strongly that my problem was addressed reasonably and appropriately.

My visit to Northland Auto Clinic was to take advantage of there used car pre inspection. Their inspection was particularly thorough and they were able to locate some significant problems with the vehicle I had practically fell in love with and prevented me from making a costly mistake

I brought my car in Monday morning without an appointment and they were able to repair the problem and I got my car back that day! Erin was also very courteous and called me throughout the process to keep me updated on progress.
