Service was timely. I was updated as the repair went forward. I was offered a loaner vehicle so I was not stranded. Techs made note of other areas of concern and explained the ramifications of letting the repairs go undone. However, I felt no pressure to make immediate repairs or even to have them done at this location. Very professional and client service was great! Have a wonderful holiday and I'll see you next year.

I was 1,000 miles from home when the check engine light came on. By chance, you were next door to my hotel. You immediately diagnosed the problem. Although you were "booked up" you accommodated my urgent need for repair and I was back on the road in only 2 hours. Very friendly staff and a reasonable rate. I will recommend you to my family and friends in the North Kansas City area.

I had an alternator replaced and they had it done same day. They were upfront about cost and quoted me a fair amount for the service. When I picked up my car the bill was less than the initial quote which was a pleasant surprise. They gave suggestions on future repairs but were not pushy. Overall excellent experience. It's never fun having your car in the shop but these guys made it painless.
