Needed an inspection and work done on a turn signal. Brett was very curious, honest and efficient in quoting costs to diagnose and then the cost to repair. The cost for the part was much higher than if I had purchased it from an auto parts store but the labor was very reasonable for the work done and with their part installed it's guaranteed. The scheduling and admin person was very helpful and when I explained I needed my inspection and turn signal completed that day she called around and found the part closer, and it was delivered within 15 minutes. Also, not as important as service and price but the waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Overall, great service and I would trust them to do more work for me in the future.

I called on Thursday the 22nd in a panic about getting a tire fixed before we left the next day for Christmas. I had forgotten Northtown had told me before that next time we got an oil change I needed new tires since the ones on my vehicle had 60,000 miles. They were able to work me in, get four new tires, get them aligned and do the oil change so I could be comfortable and safe taking the vehicle on the trip. I have been with Northtown for over 20 years and never felt they tried to sell me a service I did not need. My daughters have reached the age where they have their own cars and I am sure they will continue to take their cars to Northtown as well. Thank you guys for taking care of our vehicles all of these years.

Northtown Auto Cinic is an excellent place to go for your auto service needs. It is the only place that I trust my vehicles to be serviced at. They do a great and reliable job, and give me an honest and fair price for the work they perform. There is not a better place to take your vehicle in the central KCMO area.

I bought my 740T Volvo new in 1990 and have driven it for the last 27 years. During all of those years it has been serviced by Northtown Auto Clinic (a testament to it's longevity). Their work has always been timely, informed, accurate, and gracious. Chris is my mechanic and I highly recommend him. Brett (manager) and Erin (service advisor) keep me well-informed about the progress (like when there is a discovery that requires more time or material) For more than one-day service, they offer a loaner car.
