I wish there was a way to give Northtown Auto Clinic 6 Stars !! Last Saturday afternoon my wife and I were traveling back to Illinois after a short vacation in the KC area. As we were heading south on I-29 the temperature indicator zoomed to H and I pulled over immediately. I called AAA and when they arrived the driver and I both looked at the problem. We both thought a blown water pump. He then towed us to Northtown (AAA approved garage) and we left the van there until Monday morning. Brett called me early Monday and, after testing, told me it was a bad thermostat, thank goodness. They installed the new one quickly and we were on our way home, problem fixed. They were fair, responsive, and VERY professional. Thanks, Northtown, from a former stranded motorist in need !

Called and requested appointment for an oil change for my 94' Ford Ranger. Appointment was scheduled for next day. Delivered truck at the shop and went to nearby restaurant for breakfast. Tire pressure and the coolant level were checked and a couple of other minor repairs were noted, suggested, approved and repaired. The truck was ready for the road shortly after I finished breakfast. It's a good feeling, knowing the truck has been checked out by professionals and received the service necessary to continue running. Bill Conaway

Was fast and friendly and the price was right

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Had to work my car in as I didn't have an appointment when emergency came up. Had to keep it overnight but provided a loaner car. Very thorough check of vehicle.
