Kept my vehicle all day and charged $175 diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew and told the service tech when scheduling the appointment . I already knew the compressor was shot but wanted to know why which I assumed it was a leaking air bag which he told me he could not determine until they replaced the compressor. ($4200 quote) I was able to determine it myself after getting on YouTube and using a spray bottle of soap. I also asked for a quote on an air ride delete which the tech quoted me replacing the rear bags. I asked about the front and he said there are no front air bags. There are.. you can see them with the tires still on. I’m not even sure they looked my vehicle over and just charged me for the obvious. I normally don’t leave reviews but for $175 (diagnostic fee) I would expect a more thorough inspection. Would not go back

Very good service and explanation

These guys were great! Educated me on some issues that needed attention in near future. Also, very clean and nice office for customers to wait for their vehicle to be fixed. Would definitely recommend this place to others for all their vehicle needs.

Birdie, our E 350 Van was resurrected back to life by these wonderful people! Was ready for the worst , but the news was good and the repair was fast . The young lady who help me at the counter was the New owner ! Seemed strait forward and did not try to sell me anything else , and pleasant. When we picked the car up the guy behind the desk was just as helpful.

The whole experience was great. From the initial calls to arrange services, to the service advisor people’s professional skills and the total work done by the mechanic team. Super happy with our final results. Thanks to everyone involved in making the whole process work smoothly. Highly recommend Northland Auto Clinic!
