This is my first experience taking my vehicle to Northtown Auto Clinic and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with an auto repair shop. Erin kept me up to date with the issues going on with my vehicle. She was super professional and extremely polite and for me excellent customer service goes a very long way. The mechanics were very good and tracking down the issue with my vehicle. They will definitely become my go to for any auto repairs I may have to have done in the future and I will refer anyone to them for auto repairs done right at a very fair price.
