I bought my 740T Volvo new in 1990 and have driven it for the last 27 years. During all of those years it has been serviced by Northtown Auto Clinic (a testament to it's longevity). Their work has always been timely, informed, accurate, and gracious. Chris is my mechanic and I highly recommend him. Brett (manager) and Erin (service advisor) keep me well-informed about the progress (like when there is a discovery that requires more time or material) For more than one-day service, they offer a loaner car.

We were expecting to be waiting for awhile today and it seemed like it took no time at all. The best part of our day was the cost of our car inspection. You all certainly put a smile on my mom's face.

I arrived before my appointment. I was greeted warmly and the receptionist offered me coffee or drinks while I waited my car to be worked on. my appointment started right on time. I was given a list of other things wrong with my car, with no pressure to get it worked on there. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Northtown Auto Clinic repaired my rare 2000 Volvo V70R wagon. I trusted them due to the experience of their owner Ed, a master mechanic extremely knowledgable on Volvos. They did routine work such as scheduled maintenance, and major mechanical such as replacing a driveshaft and control arms. During this multi-day service, the staff regularly kept me informed, advised me of a few items to attend to I had not scheduled (a broken fluid tank, radiator hose replacement), and delivered the car on time, at their estimated cost. Some of the frequent inquiries I made were promptly answered, which gave me confidence the work was being done correctly and would be done on time. During this visit, Northtown also arranged for a Window chip repair to be done while the car was in their shop. I appreciated this coordination! I would not hesitate to return after this first visit.
