Northtown Auto Clinic is a great place to do business. Erin and Bret were cordial and easy to talk to. The waiting area comfortable with plenty of current magazines, free sodas, bottled water and K-Cup coffee. The restroom was spotless. Each item on my car that required repair or replacement was discussed in detail price wise. The prices were competitive with other repair centers and certainly with dealerships. One thing I really liked was Bret showing me bad parts on the car before any work was done. When inquired he patiently explained to me the potential consequence of not getting parts fixed or fluids changed. He convinced me that he knows his business. Near the North Kansas City Hospital NAC is easy to get to. I heartily recommend that you discuss your car problems with them and give them a try.
