The signal “check engine” turned on in my car so I took it here to get it fixed as they have the reputation of being “professionals” and worth the price you pay to get it done. They told me I would have to pay a total sum of $1,100 which I was hesitant about as it amounts to almost half of the price I paid for the car originally. Nonetheless, I decided to go through with it and paid the amount being asked for since they assured me that the car is in good health overall and that it only has that issue and it will run normally after they are finished with it. I picked it up, Once I got on the highway to go to work the next day, the signal warning me to check my engine came on AGAIN and the car started acting the same way it was before I took it to the clinic. I spoke to them and they said that I will have to pay an extra $400 as they claim this was going to happen and has nothing to do with what they fixed! After arguing on the phone with them for long about why I should not be paying at all, they agreed to let me pay $100 which STILL should not be applicable! They tried to convince me that this was just pure coincidence and was going to happen regardless but i am not buying any of that. I took it in to get it fixed for the second time and after picking it up (thinking the problem was solved) right after I left their lot and before I got on the highway, the engine check turned on again! I immediately took it back to the clinic and they started telling me that the car is facing another problem and that I would have to pay more to get it fixed. I am in complete shock and disgusted at how all they are after is making money. This is when I decided not to take my car back there anymore to fix the apparently “new” issue that they discovered, as I have lost all my trust in them and wouldn’t want them anywhere near my car anymore. I am in utter dismay at the fact that I spent $1,300 there (paid an extra hundred to fix the tail lights) and now my car is literally ruined; I could have sold it instead! If I hadn’t argued with them about not paying $400, I would have spent $1,500 on my car for it to end up the same way it was before I took it to the clinic the first time. HORRIBLE experience and they lost a loyal customer! Please check Light O’s 1 star review that he posted 2 years ago, everything he said in it was relatable and true, especially the second paragraph about them referring themselves to “Doctors”. Not recommended at all.
