I came here for an oil change since it was close to where I work. Fantastic service and very friendly.

Northtown Auto is beyond thorough, and their communication with me the customer is far beyond expectation. The staff is honest and patient when answering questions, and explaining mechanical things to a layperson. When I am asked for a referral by friends, Northtown Auto is the only recommendation I make.

Great service!! They always take time to listen to my concerns and explain what they will and have done to fix any mechanical problems. I am grateful that they have loaner cars so i can still go to work and that i am given updates on what is happening.
