First time in the waiting area, it was so clean I thought I was at the DR office. They gave me a ride to my appointment at the hospital and picked me up! Outstanding customer service and the oil change was $15 cheaper than my previous shop. Looks like I've found a new go-to auto mechanic!

Quality service! As always the customer service was educational and informing. The mechanical work was done very well and in a reasonable time.

Very accommodative in terms of scheduling a diagnostic exam and efficiency in getting scheduled to complete the service work. Diagnostic results were thoroughly explained and detailed other services that may be considered. Estimate of completing work were accurate and only held up by a delay in parts delivery. Would be happy to use Northtown Auto Clinic for my other outher service needs.

I took my vehicle in for an inspection—the car passed but they offered some suggestions about some preventative maintenance I might consider. Good information but no high pressure. I was impressed by the shop and staff—knowledgeable and professional. Think I might have found my new go-to car shop.

Brought my Volvo to the shop mid Monday morning due to a trouble code alert from the computer. They performed a basic preliminary diagnostic, confirmed the problem and followed with the next level check. I received an e-mail and a call that afternoon with the details of the problem and other areas that would need attention on the car. We discusses our options for repair. I gave then the go ahead to proceed. By Wednesday afternoon I received an e-mail and a call advising the car was ready for pick up. On the 25+ miles trip home Volvo ran fine.
